Craig Sandler is a seasoned advisor to business in all areas of corporate and commercial law. Acting for large corporations, mid sized firms and small start-ups alike, he offers informed, practical advice on business sales and acquisitions, commercial agreements, leasing arrangements, corporate maintenance and filings and everyday business issues.
Craig also works closely with his clients’ financial accounting and tax advisors in structuring and implementing corporate reorganizations and family trust requirements, with a view to both creating tax efficiencies and ensuring seamless estate succession.
In addition, Craig assists his personal clients in all aspects of their estate planning, from preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney to probate applications and estate administration.

Michael Nituda is an experienced commercial insurance professional with over 20 years in the industry. He currently works as a Senior Vice President at Wilson M. Beck Services. Michael graduated from the University of Toronto in 2003 and holds a Registered Insurance Broker and Licensed Risk Manager certification. As a volunteer, Michael mentors Canadian immigrants through challenges with adaption and assimilation to Canadian culture.
Ryan Mallough

Ryan Mallough is the Vice-President, Legislative Affairs, Ontario and Vice-President, Communications with the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB). Ryan leads CFIB’s Ontario legislative agenda and national communications functions, as well as major CFIB campaigns, including fights against the Carbon Tax and lowering the cost of doing business.
Ryan joined CFIB in 2015 with the communications team before moving over to the Ontario advocacy team in 2016. In 2023 he began to oversee both departments. Prior to joining the organization, Ryan worked at the University of Toronto as a Communications Officer as well as in the research department at Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada.
Ryan holds a B.Soc.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Ottawa and a M.A. in Journalism from Western University.
